Right Of Withdrawal

In line with EU regulations, any of our Consumer customers can repudiate a purchase contract for a product without any reason for a reflection period of 14 days, provided that product seals have not been broken. A Consumer is defined by the EU as a natural person who does not act for purposes related to a commercial, trade, craft or professional activities.

The reflection period starts on the day:

  1. the product was delivered to the Consumer or by a third party appointed by the Consumer in advance, which is not the carrier

  2. or, if the Consumer ordered several products in the same order: the day on which the Consumer or a third party appointed by him received the first product.

  3. in case the delivery of a product consists of several batches or parts: the day on which the Consumer, or a third party appointed by Consumer, received the first batch.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by filling out the standard form below and by returning the products with the product seals intact to:

After you have submitted the form, you will immediately receive an automatic email reply, as proof that we have received your wish exercise your Right to Withdrawal.

Please note that use of the form is not a legal requirement. You can also notify us and clearly state that you wish to exercise your Right of Withdrawal by sending an email to our info mail address or via regular mail. To meet the notification deadline, you will simply have to contact us before the 14-day deadline from delivery date expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you have revoked a contract, we will reimburse the purchase price excluding the shipping costs (except in case of an error attributable to us as the Seller, for instance in the case of errors in the delivery) within fourteen days from the day we receive the returned items in good order. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you selected for the original transaction, unless something else was explicitly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment.

We can refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods intact, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us as soon as is practical and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline will be considered met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. In line with EU regulations, any cost involved with the return shipment of the goods will be borne by you as the client.

IMPORTANT NOTE: we would like to point out that there is no Right of Withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return once their seal has been removed/broken after delivery.

We therefore ask you not to open any of our products if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. You are of course free to take the bottles out of the packaging without breaking the product seals. Bexause the seals remain intact, this will not affect your right of withdrawal.
