The Millesimes are rare single barrel Cognacs produced and distilled by Michel Forgeron. The older ones are “Bruts de fut” cognacs, without blending or reduction and the younger ones with only minimal reduction. All of hese rare cognacs are still in barrels where they continue to age and evolve and bottled by hand on demand in batches of only 6 bottles and each has its own characteristics, with subtle differences on the nose and on the palate: fruity, spicy, woody, toasted, buttery and soft leather.
